Day 1 of 3 days luxury gorilla safari in Uganda via Kigali: Pickup from Kigali
Today after your breakfast, your guide from Gorilla Link Tours will pick up from your hotel in Kigali and transfer you to Uganda, either to Bwindi Impenetrable National park or to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park. The time taken at the border is 20 minutes to 1 hour. You will get to your lodge, check in and have late lunch.

Day 2 of 3 days luxury gorilla safari in Uganda via Kigali: Gorilla Trekking.
Today is the day you have been dreaming of. You will come facae to face with the mountain gorillas in either Bwindi Impenetrable National park or Mgahinga Gorilla National Park. Mountain gorillas are endangered and only found in three countries with Uganda having half of them. They can not live in a zoo or anywhere else in the world.
You will start the day with early breakfast and with your packed lunch, you will be transferred to the park offices for briefing about the do’s and don’ts of gorilla trekking. You will then be guided in the forest, following a family of mountain gorillas.
When you finally meet the gorilla family you are trekking, you will spend only one hour with them
Coming face to face with mountain gorillas is a once in a lifetime memorable experience. You will never forget in the look in their eyes
After gorilla trekking, you will have your packed lunch. You will then be transferred back to park offices before proceeding to your lodge to meditate about the day and looking through your photos.
You will then have dinner and overnight

Day 3 of 3 days luxury gorilla safari in Uganda via Kigali- Optional gorilla trekking
Today, you will cross back the border to Kigali. You may decide to go for a second optional gorilla trek of golden monkey trekking for travellers staying at Mgahinga Gorilla National Park.
When you get to Kigali, depending on your flight time, you may go for an optional city tour.
Make sure your flight departs from Kigali at least 6 pm in the evening.
