Murchison falls national park.

This is the home to the most powerful and thunderous water falls in the world. Located in northwestern Uganda in Masindi, Nwoya, and Kiryandongo and Pakwach districts. The park bisected by the Nile River hence creating beauty. Activities carried out include game drives, nature walks, boat cruise, hiking to the top of the falls and many more. Mammals spotted include lions, duikers, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes and many more with a number of bird species.

Queen Elizabeth national park.

Suited in western Uganda in rubirizi, Kasese and Rukungiri districts. The park is a hearthstone to over 95 mammal species including elephants, buffaloes, lions, leopards, bush bucks and many more with over 600 bird species which include shoebill stork, African crowned eagle, grey headed kingfisher, swamp flycatcher and many more. Activities that can be carried out in the park include boat cruise on Kazinga channel, game drives, bird watching, chimpanzee tracking in Kyambura gorge and many more.

Kibale forest national park.

Also known as the primate capital of the world due to high number of primates it has and over 13 primate species. Located in western Uganda in Kamwenge district. The lush tropical rainforests of the park make chimpanzee trekking a top notch and create a habitat to other mammals totaling to over 120 and these include forest elephants, buffaloes, bush bucks, worth hogs and many more, 372 bird species including yellow ramped tinker bird, brown chested alethe, crowned eagle and many more. Activities to be carried out in the park include chimpanzee trekking, nature walks, visiting bigodi wetland, cultural encounters, bird watching in bigodi and many more.

Bwindi impenetrable forest national park.

The park is located in south western Uganda in Kisoro, lubanda and Kanungu districts. It’s a home to the highest number of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas. Recognized and announced a UNESCO world heritage site all this making it a perfect destination at any safari in Uganda. The ultimate gorilla experience of tracking gorillas through dense forests in their natural habitat is the key activity.  However there are other activities to engage in like gorilla habituation, Batwa cultural encounters, bird watching and natural walks. Likely to be spotted mammals include bush elephants, buffaloes, bush pigs, clawless otter, antelopes and many more. Lake Bunyonyi.

Lake Bunyonyi located in southwestern Uganda is an ideal stopover for a relaxation after a long day of gorilla trekking. This is the deepest lake in Uganda with a number of water birds. Activities that can be done include canoeing, zip lining and many more plus visiting the different islands which are all unique in their own way.

Jinja.

Referred to as the adventure capital, it is suited on the shores of lake Victoria and on the banks of river Nile hence perfect for almost all water games. It is famous for hosting adrenaline junkies. Lake Mburo national park.

The park is suited in western Uganda in Kiruhura district, it is the smallest savannah park in Uganda.
