Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi
Upon arrival at Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by your safari guide and transferred to your hotel in Nairobi. Spend the evening relaxing and preparing for your upcoming adventure. If time allows, you might visit the Nairobi National Park or the Giraffe Centre, depending on your arrival time.

Day 2: Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve
After an early breakfast, depart for Masai Mara National Reserve. The journey will take you through the scenic Great Rift Valley, with opportunities to stop and take photos along the way. Arrive at Masai Mara in time for lunch at your lodge or camp, such as the Mara Sopa Lodge or a luxury tented camp.
In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive in the Masai Mara, famous for its abundant wildlife and the annual Great Migration. Enjoy an evening game drive, and return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Full Day in Masai Mara National Reserve
Spend a full day exploring the Masai Mara. Begin with an early morning game drive to witness the Mara’s wildlife during the cooler hours. The reserve is known for its large populations of big cats, including lions, leopards, and cheetahs, as well as elephants, buffaloes, and a variety of antelopes.
Return to your lodge or camp for lunch and some relaxation. In the afternoon, go on another game drive to explore different areas of the reserve or opt for a visit to a Maasai village to learn about local culture and traditions. Enjoy dinner at your accommodation.

Day 4: Masai Mara to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, check out of your lodge and transfer to the airstrip for a flight to Serengeti National Park. The flight provides spectacular aerial views of the landscape, offering a unique perspective of the Serengeti plains.
Upon arrival in the Serengeti, you will be met by your guide and transferred to your lodge or tented camp, such as the Serengeti Sopa Lodge or a luxury camp. Enjoy lunch and then head out for an afternoon game drive. Explore the vast Serengeti plains, renowned for its diverse wildlife and stunning scenery.

Day 5: Full Day in Serengeti National Park
Enjoy a full day of game viewing in the Serengeti. Begin with an early morning game drive to observe the park’s wildlife in their most active state. The Serengeti is famous for its large populations of predators and prey, including the Big Five: lions, leopards, buffaloes, elephants, and rhinos.
Return to your lodge or camp for lunch and some relaxation. In the afternoon, embark on another game drive or take a hot air balloon safari for a breathtaking aerial view of the Serengeti. Finish the day with dinner at your accommodation.

Day 6: Serengeti to Arusha and Departure
After an early breakfast, enjoy a final game drive in the Serengeti. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for a short game drive before heading to the airstrip for your flight to Arusha.
Upon arrival in Arusha, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your international flight home or onward travel. Your safari ends with a transfer to the airport, marking the conclusion of your 6-day Masai Mara and Serengeti adventure.
